Today, I decided to do some strength training with my 30 minutes of cardio.
This should help me sleep tonight. Somehow when school starts or our summer program starts, I awaken too early.
Perhaps it's just some form of anxiety...
Breakfast: decaf coffee & scrambled egg sandwich
Lunch: Mandarin chicken, fried rice, egg roll, & egg drop soup
Dinner: seafood gumbo and parboiled rice
Tomorrow...Strength training (abs& lower body), gardening, and yoga.
