Well, as it states above, today is Day 3 of doing the Biggest Loser DVD.
Yesterday, my quads and upper sides/ribs were hurting when I woke up but I still did the Strength Training portion as scheduled.
Today, I wasn't hurting as much but it was harder to complete the exercises. My body and mind wanted to rebel. BUT then I reminded myself that it would end soon and WHY I was doing it in the first place.
It's amazing to me how easily we, as humans, forget things.
While going through the workouts am I thinking about how good I will feel?
And yet, afterward I feel excellent. I have more energy and just feel peaceful.
I NEED to think on these things more often.
Instead of letting my past failures come back to haunt me.
That was then. This is now.
I am different.
It really is all about my thought process.
