UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE BEING ON A YEAR BREAK BECAUSE OF WORK, STARTED ON SUNDAY AND MY MUSCLES ARE SORE ALL OVER, STRETCHING THOSE RESISTANCE BAND IS LIKE LIFTING WEIGHTS BUT I AM NOT GONNA STOP

IT'S ABOUT THREE MONTHS NOW SINCE MY LAST BLOG, I HAVE NOT GIVEN UP AS YET STILL ON THE DIET JUST HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE TIME TO LOG IN, THE COMPUTER AND INTERNET HAVE BEING DOWN FOR A WHILE AND MOST TIME I AM TIRED FROM WORK

NON THE LESS I STILL DO EXERCISE AND KEEP TRACK OF WHAT I EAT. I AM DOWN FROM 255 LBS TO 200 LBS AND I LOOK AND FELL SUPERB.

ANY WAY I MISS YOU GUYS AND WISH EVERY ONE THE BEST OF LUCK, TILL NEXT TIME

No Computer

Its about 2 weeks now since I made my last entry and I must say I kind of miss being able to come here, especially to earn my spark points and read the article. My computer is at the repair shop for the past 2 weeks but I still track my food and excerise just a little less, it just very hard following from my phone, hope to be back soon full time.

    When my computer was down I used my old standby - a pocket notebook and a food book that lists the nutrition of thousands of foods. I hope you get your computer back soon.

    Speaking as someone who just went through that "fun" I hope ypou get your comp back soon. cuae it is so tempting to "borrow" a friends lap top when you can't get on
