Going on Raw diet & adopting Naturopath Day - 6

Friday, July 13, 2012

Hi frns,

It is raining here, and rain makes me happy very happy. emoticon

My weight : 179.1 emoticon
Sabotage to diet : No, not even tea.... emoticon

I am so so happy today, and i was so pleased that i went and got big time spa done on myself.....

From Tomorrow i am starting my wheat grass juice also, i have heard and read that it works wonder in over all well being and specially in skin. Let me witness it myself, would report back you people soon.

My diet had been happily raw as everyday, i could not pass motion in the morning, i checked back with doc, he said it is very natural, not to worry..... he said : you are eating so healthy that every thing is consumed within your system, as your system was starved for so goodness since long. So slowly your system would satiate its hunger and your motions would be soon regular. (logic... big time logic..)

Today as it was raining so heavily, that is why i could not go for my session of naturopath today...... tomorrow i would definitely go.

BB Bye frns....

Going on Raw diet & adopting Naturopath Day - 5

Thursday, July 12, 2012

Hii.. i am back.

Well no weighing today, off from treatment as well. but diet part and walking part was full on.

Felt really lighter, happy, pain less, could do brisk walk nicely, no craving whatsoever.

Ok here to share with you some thing happy, i apply Krylon Derma base to cover my highly uneven pigmented skin, so i visited to krylon institute today to replenish my stuff from vanity, and Meghna (Sr makeup artist at institute) asked me "Hey Lady have you been doing something to your skin, it appears much much better................" emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon yes these were my facial expressions when she said so...

I disclosed that i am on raw diet explained her all. Visit made my day....

I can motivate any one now to go on raw diet.....

Bye frns.... i was dying to share this with you. i hope it would motivate many people and give them a chance to cure their skin diseases if any.

LOL

Congratulations! Whatever you're doing is working and it shows! I don't know if I could go on a completely raw diet....does that mean you eat alot of sushi? Or you just stick to vegetables?

Going on Raw diet & adopting Naturopath Day - 4

Wednesday, July 11, 2012

Hi Friends,

Weight : 82.4 kg
No sickness because of diet, infact today i relished it more, made smoothie of coconut flesh mango and peach..... sounds strange but taste yumm..... emoticon

Sabotage to diet : only only little tea.. (soon i wood be over this also).

Treatment : Mud pack on stomach, enema and steam bath.

Consulted doctor about my stomach problem, he says it is very natural, it would also fade away with in 4 to 5 days. He gave beautiful example, he said "when you broom the house full of dirt, it flies all over and settles next day... same way is cleansing of body. emoticon

Also i learned two things which i want to share with you:
1. We have to drink water sip by sip instead of drinking a glass of water in one go, and same with other juices, soup or food also. Drinking water/soup/juice sip by sip helps saliva to mix with it and never cause acidity or gas formation.

2. Walk helps a lot in good digestion, as today i walked for 40 min, and there is lot of difference.

My appetite is not as wild as it used to be, i was at ease today and craving was very very less.

See you tomm.

LOL

sabotage to diet : little tea just once and 1 small bowl porridge emoticon

Treatment given : Mud Pack on Stomach and eyes, Enema (Lukewarm water with neem leaves - sieved while giving enema) and steam bath 10 minutes.

Diet routine :

6:00am - 1 large glass warm water

9:00 am - 1 banana
lots of water in between
12:30 pm - big bowl of papaya and 6 lichis

I was not feeling as sick as i was feeling yesterday. There was no severe headache or craving. I loved preparing juice mocktails, binging in sprouts and soaked nuts.

Treatment : Mud Pack on stomach and eyes and forehead.
Enema
Steam bath.

I am yet to take my dinner, enjoying sharing with you all. I would update you about my other medical conditions once i see any affect on them.

Sounds like today you did much better. I am so relieved the tea incident was just withdrawal symptoms.
I can understand I love my coffee! Which for my lifestyle diet would be fine except I drink it with cream and sugar or sugar substitute. There lies the empty calories and fat if I have more then one or two cups a day. So, I have one cup only most days.

Take care, Anne
