So now I've used the nutrition tracker for three days. Without any significant changes in my diet, my calories, carbs, fat and protein are within the guidelines recommended for me. But I better pay more attention to my calcium, iron and fiber intake as are all low. What a great tool! I never really worried about those before. Now I can tweak my meals to accommodate these deficiencies. Thanks SparkPeople!

Many times I've heard or read that one should keep a food journal to truly see what they eat throughout the day. I have never kept one but there's no hurt in trying! So now I'm off to find the nutrition tracking sheet which is as close to a journal as I'll get!

    I track what I eat on spark people's website and when I use it; I lose when I stray away from the site; I tend to start overeating. Good luck
