L - Bowl of home made 3 bean chili

D - 5oz top sirloin steak, 0.5C brown rice, 1C green beans, 0.5C mushrooms

D/S - handful of almonds, blueberry "milkshake" made of frozen blueberries and milk blended together.

E - rest day

Today is Meatless Monday again

B - Omelet made of 4 egg whites, 2C spinach and oats, coffee + milk

L - Bowl of home made 3 bean chili

D - Monster soft taco: tortilla, madras lentils, tomatoes, lettuce, avocado and ff greek yogurt instead of sour cream, side salad with 2 T lite italian dressing

S - 0.5C ff cottage cheese, 1T flax, 1T hemp seeds, 2T sugar free jelly

E - Rest day

Total - Cal - 1383, Fat - 48, Carbs - 150, Protein - 96

    LOWFATFOODIE - that's my problem, I'm just not that hungry to eat every 3 hours, I'm starting to cut portions too.

    Thank you Jen, it's hard to eat same thing (egg whites) every day so I'm trying to experiment. Actually recipe makes 2 big 8" pancakes, they were delish.

I can't believe it's week 3 already. I was really good girl today, food and exercise wise. Today was also my weigh in day.
Weight (-1.2 lbs)
Body Fat (-0.4%)

B - 4 egg white, 2Cspinach omelet, 1 turkey muffin, oatmeal + 0.25C unsweetened apple sauce and cinnamon, coffee + milk

S - post workout protein shake, 1C ff cottage cheese, 2 tsp sugar free jam

L - Salad - 3C mixed baby greens, 5 strwberries, 0.5oz blue cheese, 2 T ff raspberry vinaigrette

D - 3oz grilled chicken breast, 0.5C black rice, 1C green beans

E - Jamie Eason Day 15 Legs

Total - Cal - 1391, Fat - 32, Carbs - 135, Protein 156

Last day of week number 2, I'm not happy, too many messed up days. Will see tomorrow at weight in.

B - 4 egg whites, 1C mushrooms omelet, oats, coffee + milk

L - protein shake with 0.5C blueberries, brown rice cake, 1T almond butter, 0.5 banana, 5 strawberries

D - modified burger, low carb tortilla, tomato, lettuce, pickles, olives, 1C broccoli

S - 0.5C So Delicious chocolate velvet soy ice cream (can't help it)

E - rest day

Total - Cal - 1674, Fat - 55, Carbs - 205, Protein - 106
