So, I went over my calories tonight. I guess the extra 300 calories wasnt that bad.
Afterall, it was in the form of protein and my struggle to reach my vitamin d, fiber and iron daily.
I am not succeeding.
Each day, I cannot tweak my diet to reach the goals.
So, I continue taking a supplement for each.
Which is good, but I am trying to figure out how to reach those needed goals in the form of food and still maintain my calories, protein and low sodium.
Today I have spent cleaning, as I said I would, I have two rooms still to go, and alot alot alot of junk to get rid of.
How many times have I written this same blog?
and no, I am not a hoarder, I just honestly dont know where the stuff comes from.
I must have cleaned out the same 6 drawers a dozen times.
Clothes seem to be the bulk of the junk.
So, I didnt walk today, I havent left the house, I awoke to pouring down rain.
And so, I rolled over and went right back to sleep. I will get my exercise today though.
I have been staying pretty busy all day and still have alot to do thruout the evening.

Got my walk in just in the nick of time this morning, because by the time I drove home, it was sprinkling the rain. The day turned dark and drizzly. Had to go do some grocery shopping and really messed up by not stopping for fresh produce, I did however get some grapes.
I have bananas, and apples, but not much else, so another trip to the local market is in order in the next few days.
So, now I am so so tired, dont know if it has just been the cooler rainy weather or what.
Going to do some major cleaning tomorrow night.
Time to really start purging the closets and spare rooms of unneeded junk.
I have sold my recumbant bike, which hadnt been getting too much use, and am hoping to instead find a good used weight bench with arm and chest press.
Or, a total gym, lol, which maybe or maybe not would be used much.
I do think the chest press would be used alot, I really want to start working harder on muscle toning.
I am going to set up a streak to work on my abdominals for 30 days and see if I see any changes.
This is my next focus, to begin to see not only pounds falling off again, but inches.
Its beyond time.
It was an overall pretty decent day.

Feeling a little better today. Time to move on, from alot of drama and unneeded stress.
Hoping this works out for the best in the long run.
No walk today, oh how I wish I had found the time. But dentist appointment took up most of my day.
Enjoying the cooler days, hoping the rain holds off til I get in an early morning walk tomorrow.

it was so hot today. when you think fall is in the air, think again. i am never surprised at these spurts of heat.
i was a football mom for 7 years. practices in the blazing sun. another practice in the evening, still hot out.
hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!!!
i try to remind myself of this when i say its too hot or humid to go walking.
those kids out there, practicing with those big helmets and shoulder pads and spandex and polyester, yikes!!!
so why is it so hard for me to work up my courage to face and beat the heat?
well anyway, i havent tracked much today, im going to be pretty busy for the next 4 days.
will do the best i can.

a little disappointed in myself tonight, skipped my walk, breaking my streak!!
my excuse, it was just too dang hot.
well, acutally humid. the humidity is just so blah.
but i will make up for it tomorrow. 9 days was a pretty good run.
tomorrow is a super busy day and i have to get up around 6am, getting ready for a long weekend.
not fun plans at all.
