Today I joined 7 teams. Here is the list; Official stress busting challenge, SP's official goal setting challenge, Sparkpeople's new you bootcamp, sparkpeople's official stress relief challenge, sparkpeople's spark your body bootcamp; sparkpeople's sweatsuit to swimsuit challenge and sparkpeople's swimsuit bootcamp. I am now up to 69 teams all together. I plan to keep up my vigor since I will continue to do what is a good idea for me by challenging my body once again.

A month of good things

This month was a good month to begin with. I ended up this month completing two challenges. Next month starting tomorrow plan to continue this routine. I get a renewed sense of vigor from doing them. I plan to take on 3 challenges next month. I also plan to cut back on stress as well. Since stress causes a lot of problems for me. I completed one James Patterson book today. I am now onto Carolynn Hart. Some of you said about skipping logging for just Thursday. I am sorry to say I can't do that I like to track every day and not skip one day period. It is how I am changing with my new lifestyle. So I choose to track everything at home on paper and start anew in April. Fitness will be tracked. I plan to start training sometime next month.

about next month's tracking

Next month will be different than the past 2 months for one reason. First week on a thursday I am going in for blood work. I have to do a 12 hr fast for it. This is mandatory every 3 mos. I see my ob gyn that day as well right after. So I can't log any calories for that day. So I will log my fitness only next month. I will log both again in April. I found another interesting thing today. The large haul of books I have from Patterson have over 100 chapters a piece in them meaning it will take 4 and a half days for me to read them I am going to read smaller reads then those during the day since it might work out better. I have 9 of his women's murder club series from the library. I have almost every book by one author excluding 2. One I read and one I am waiting on. I got one portrait sketch done last night have more to go.

Today was a better day completed a couple more books. I also was able to dig out my sketch books for what I plan to do before bed. For the past few weeks I have had an itch or urge shall we say to sketch the characters for my book. Basically do portraits of each of them. It will take me some time but I would like to do it to see if doing it will spark my writing back up full swing. I am going to work out then go to bed after my drawing.

progress report for the day

Today was a good day for me. Got more than half workout running errands by walking. Only have 42 minutes left and then sparks. I am mixing it up a lot. I am almost done with my scarf. Completed another book today. My goal for the year is to read 80 books. I may finish that before year ends. I already 32 of 80 so far. I am planning to complete my kitchen projects before doing my hat. I had a low carb pizza again this week like last week. Liking the diet a lot as well. Carbs were in line today calories were high but I had some salad for lunch. However my stomach was acting up a bit so did throw up but I think it's probably because of my sinuses draining all the time.
