OK so im already doing better than last week, which isnt saying much...
CrossFit last night was... alright.. I really dont like running in the WOD lol I feel like Im really strong and have good times when there isnt running.. oh well
3 rounds for time
500 Meter Row ( we had ALOT of people so we ran 400 meters instead)
12 Bodyweight Deadlifts ( only did 120lbs)
21 box jump
Instead of going back tonight I will do Wens and Thurs. I will shoot to go running on saturday..

SUPER EXCITED!!!!! I would love to add one in JUNE and AUG so if you know of a FUN one let me know. OR of you wanna do it with my let me know.
I really need to get my running up but it will come in time :)
