So nervous...

Friday, December 23, 2011

I'm worried that the meds I'm on is making me very jittery. Uggg... It's called Naproxen. Have any of my friends taken this? Is that a side effect? I've googled it. I'm worried that I will gain with this med as well. Any advise? I'm working on a festive dinner table for Christmas. It's looking nice. I have to take the meds again in a few minutes. I don't have alot to get done today. That's good. Yesterdays food wasn't great again. Just making through the holidays. I'll do some strength today. Hope you have a great day!

Can't help you with that particular med, but I would advise to let your doctor know your concerns.

Good Luck!

Have a great Christmas

Keep monitoring what you're eating, and watch your weight, and talk to your doctor if you have problems! Hopefully you won't have to put up with any side effects for the long term. Good luck.

I don't know anything about Naproxen. I'm not sure what it is. Maybe you're body needs to adapt.

Hope that you have a better day.

my partner took Anaprox, naproxen is its active ingrediant, and never had any sort of jitteriness from it.. of course different drugs effects us all differently... nor did she have any sort of weight gain issues. I take Celebrex but that is a different active ingrediant so I can't help you with my experiences..

    I have never taken this.

Keep tracking your food and keep trying to exercise. I know it is hard, but just stay on track! YOU CAN DO IT!

Christmas is coming!

Thursday, December 22, 2011

So I went to a new podiatrist yesterday. He took an x ray. He gave me meds for muscle relaxer and a gel for inflamation. He also said I can't dance or do any cardio until I see him again January 10th. Ugggg....So full on stress and no exercise outlet. Bummer. So here we go. One moment at a time. I still have some stuff to do but not too much. I had a nice breakfast with my great friend Kate. So I'll keep plugging along here. Hope all is well for my Sparkies!

No more Zumba until next month, oh no. You can still do strength training, can't you? That would be better than doing nothing at all and it would at least be some kind of outlet, right? Try and keep some sanity through the holidays, hard as that can be.

Sorry to hear about your foot! I feel for you. By the way, thanks for the comment on my blog too. I was told by the mental health 'man' that I am on top of things that's great.

Hope that you and your family have a Merry Christmas.

Almost Christmas!

Wednesday, December 21, 2011

Wow! Can't believe we are here! Time flies! Food choices haven't been great but I got my period this morning soooo.... That explains a lot. I'm gonna try to get all my wrapping done today because the next couple days I definitely won't feel like doing it. Zumba was really good yesterday but my foot aches more than usual this morning. I'm going to a new podiatrist this afternoon. I'd like some physical therapy to stretch it out properly. I'll keep you updated on this. So life is happening. I'll get more done today and have lunch with the hubby. Have a great day!

Have a good time wrapping gifts. I hope the red monster is gone by Christmas so you won't have to worry over that along with everything else going on.

HI Tuesday.

Tuesday, December 20, 2011

Ready for a new year! Let's start fresh! Until then Uggg.... choices...not great. I have Zumba this morning. Thank God! Let's dance some of this stress right out of me. I did get quite a bit done yesterday. That's good. Adam told me yesterday he may want to spend New Year's Eve at Chris's house. Not good. That would make me so sad. I love spending time with them when the ball drops. I'm trying to get them to want to spend it here with us. Very nicely of course. We will see. So I will finish up my Christmas chores today. Have a great day!

You are still rockin this year and you can make next year even better! Enjoy your Zumba, dance your heart out. Maybe you should comprimise with Adam, maybe invite Chris over to your house for New Years. Then Adam and Chris can still be together and you can have time with Adam and have control over the situation. It could also show both of them that you are willing to make an effort to let them be together and that you are trying to be supportive and still be a mom. It may not be easy, as nothing about teenagers ever is, but it will be worth it in time. Have a really great day!
