I'm liking this WW. The extra points are helpful. I feel less bloated. We will see but I feel good so that should help. We went to see a prescreening of Catching Fire! It was awesome!!!!! I add points into the popcorn I had and I don't even feel guilty about it! Hope my Sparkies are doing well!

    The points system works well. I have done the no points version and I found that worked for me better.

I'm glad you got out and saw the movie. My girls and I want to see it too. It's coming to town on the 29th here. Although it's playing in the city right now.

Feeling better today

So I blogged Monday and headed to my first Weight Watchers meeting! I logged on to the website when I got home and set it up. It reminds me of the Spark tracker and that was helpful. Sometimes I just need a jump start with something new. This could be it. I stayed on track both days so far and got 2 Zumba classes in. So feeling positive. Thanks Sparkies for watching out for me! I go in for my ultrasound today. So that's good. Have a good day!

Moving on....again

Ugh. 2 chocolate cupcakes for breakfast. You know that bad decision...The way to not be tempted by the cupcakes is to eat them and then they are gone. Ugh. So I will move on. I have a dentist appt. at 10:30. That will get me out of my way for a while. I do have Zumba tonight. That is good. I'm not drinking at night and I find I eat sweets instead. So none of this is good. I am glad I'm not drinking but.... So I have some cleaning to do. That will help. I'm tired of fighting this fight and not winning. I'm getting some blood work done to check my thyroid this week. I'm also getting an ultrasound to check for fibroids. So I am being proactive at least. We made plane reservations for a family trip to California in April. Usually that would put me in healthy living mode to get into a bathing suit for vac a. Obviously that didn't happen with my breakfast choice. So I will move on ...again...

    It's all about moving on. I have to get rid of all those trigger foods for me to be able to move on. I can't do it with them in the house. It takes me 2 1/2 weeks to get over those strong sweet cravings. I have to go cold turkey. After that I'm ok w/ limits.

Just move on and after you get over those sweet cravings, you'll be happy and feel so much better.

Have fun with Zumba !! I love my class.

    sounds like you need to clean your kitchen out to keep yourself cleaned out! You can't eat sweets that are not there to eat, right? I hope you can find something out from the doctor. Hugs.

I had a binge moment this morning. We picked up dessert last night and brought it home and left three huge cupcakes in the fridge. I had one of those huge cupcakes for breakfast while my children slept and my hubby was at basketball being healthy....uggggg....Feeling guilty but moving on. We have such a busy time coming up. Like everyone else of course. I now realize that two glasses of wine is one too many these days. I just don't feel well after I have it. So if I do have a drink it is one. Just one. So starting over now. I'm going to take my vitamin and drink some water.
