This is a pretty intense workout schedule ... only because I have my "official" weigh-in this Saturday w/ my training partner (last weight was 215lbs on May 1st).
This week, I wanted to try a workout schedule of 2x day cardio sessions ... the problem not being time but ENERGY. Funny ... in order to lose weight faster ... I needed to EAT MORE in order to be able to workout longer, harder and more often? Also, I gotta find the right time of day to workout, i.e. when my energy it highest ... funny, the midnight workout sessions worked pretty good.
It's worked pretty good so far (2x/day), but I WILL take a day off from the cardio ... and that day is TODAY.
Still want to get 9000 calories burned for this week ... by Saturday!!!!
