Ok, this little weekly 'cardio challenge' might be getting out of hand ... why? Hey, I don't know if I can eat enough HEALTHY FOOD to keep up with my cardio output on a daily basis ... I'm just not that hungry ... but don't feel like passing out at the gym either.
Imagine this ... burning 10,000 calories for this week ... MEANS ... yes, I have to eat AT LEAST that much food, right? Add to that additional energy that my body needs just to function the rest of the day, i.e. another 1500-2000 calories per day, hummm .... weekly total on that?
2000 calories X 7 days + 10,000 = 24,000 calories EATEN for the week ... almost 3500 calories per day, WOW !!!
The good news, I had to FORCE myself to eat a small cup of Chick-Fil-La Ice Cream for some quick carbs before my exercise session this afternoon ........ imagine that.
