Wow! I feel on top of the world!!! I start the Bootcamp Challenge and W5D1 of the Couch to 5k program tomorrow, but didn't have anything scheduled for today. I had some time, so I decided to go to the gym at my apt complex. At the end of week 5 I'll have to jog for 20 mins straight. So far i've only been asked to do intervals of 5 mins, but I said hey... why not just try to see if I can do it. AND I DID IT!!!! I ACTUALLY JOGGED FOR 20 MINS STRAIGHT!!! I can't believe it. I have NEVER been able to do that and really feel like I accomplished a lot. I did a 5 min walking warm up, 20 min jog, and then kept walking for 35 mins for a total of 3.66 miles. I feel fabulous. Thank you SP! Bootcamp--- I'm ready for ya!
