I don't know what's going on. This whole thing is really confusing to me.
I will be consistent on my workouts, watching what I eat, and drinking my water only to lose a little weight. Now, the other week I didn't do any of those things and still lost weight. Why is that?
I purchased a really nice digital scale not too long ago. It will calculate not only your weight but also your BMI, body fat %, bone, and water.
After working out this week I was hoping for some weight loss. I stepped on the scale this morning and I did lose a little weight but my scale showed that I gained body fat.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
