I loved this....I may want to borrow this....as the message is one I need to keep telling myself every day..sometimes every hour...I know for me the mental PEP talks are vital for my success.....it is more about what's going on in my head than what's going on in my mouth...thank you for sharing this.
What a beautiful day to be alive and HEALTHY! I've got fresh air in my lungs, the sun is shining, birds are singing, my children are well, it's SPRING, LIFE IS GOOOOOOOD! I woke up to hugggs and kisses from my kissseeee monster little man and his puppy! WHAT BLESSINGS GOD HAS BESTOWED UPON ME!
I must admit I have been slacking since Thanksgiving! The Done girls spring into summer challenge is just what I need to get me back in gear! The past two weeks have been great! I am back in the saddle , so to speak! lol feeling good about the steps I am taking to finish this weight loss journey and be fit for life! I have a wonderful group of ladies to share my ups and downs with and to rejoice with as we progress together! LOOK OUT CAUSE HERE I COME! :

I am finally 179.4 today. Under 180! I have been stuck at 180 lbs for more time now than I care to admit! I NEED to move on! I NEED to get these numbers going down! I have not been under 180 for the past 13 years! This is new territory for me. I WANT THIS SOOOOO BADLY! I have got to make it happen! But you know how a car's gas pedal tends to have that little resting place that it feels just right at? Apparently 180 is my resting place for my body weight! I DON'T WANT TO BE 180 anymore! It was nice for awhile. Much better than 225. But I am not happy with it anymore! I need to get these numbers rolling! NOW!
Yes...I dropped to 179.4. But I am so scared that in the morning that 180 will pop back up again! I cannot let that happen! I WILL NOT LET THAT HAPPEN! Okay...treadmill...here I come!

Hey, you are in the 170's and made it to your new unfamiliar territory! You left the 180's, they are history! Congrats for sticking with it, keep it up!
