Today is another day of working out and eating right. I feel strong and happy, but is this all to life? While it is important to keep my body healthy, what about the soul? Am I all I can be? or am I lacking in areas of improvement. The soul is the heart of the body, if my soul weak so is my body.
Keeping in shape is great, but soul-building requires much more discipline than body building. I choose the trainer of my spirit as well.
I am reminded of this wonderful text from the bible that states this, "Fear not for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you. I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10
I choose each day to let my trainer trained my soul so that my body will become stronger.
