Hey everyone sorry I haven't been posting any thing new here latey.I started a new workout the biggest loser cardio max and it is awsome.Really makes me sweat lol think it's what I needed to to push me out of my comfier zone wish me luck every one . emoticon

So my daughter gets home from school today and was so happy that we got so much snow and wants me to take her sleding.I didn't really want to cause it was so cold and windy out but I didn't want to let her down.So I took her and it was a blast made me feel like a kid and to see her smile and happy was just priceless and the hill was really big so I got in a great workout as well so it was a win,win LOL emoticon

    Your belly is probably the last place you will lose it. Just work on strengthening the core muscles... It will happen! :)

    Have you tried pilates? When I do it consistently with cardio and watching my nutrition, I definitely notice definition in my abs. I think Coach Nicole has some videos on SparkPeople, but I love Gaiam's videos with Ana Caban. Hope this helps and glad to hear that you're doing well :)

Sorry everyone that I haven't been on in a while but there is so much going on.My husband had open heart surgery in Nov. My mom has cancer in her legs and my dad has lung cancer.I am still working out and losing weight but wasn't eating that well.Until my husband had his surgery.I still want to lose weight but my main goal now is to get healthy because I want to be around as long as I can for my Daughter.

I am so happy I beat my running time by 10 min. Tonight and finely reached my running time goal.I can finely run for 30 min. YAY I didn't think I was going to reach it but I never gave up and I made it. I know that I will do good on my first 5k this August. I so can't wait emoticon
