Scales going up........but so is my Motivation this Year!

It was my weigh in day today.............
I seem to have put on 1Kg (2.2lb) I am blaming it on Christmas!

But no more excuses I have got myself alot of Motivation thanks to sparks and all my friends here.

I am going to make time even though I am busy. I have walked a long way today instead of taking the bus............thats why my feet are aching!

I have read that the best way is...........not to give up but to start eating more fruit and veggies and learn (no more xmas Pudding!) and to keep going.........

So here I go again..............

    You can totally do this!! The fruit & veggies make a huge difference, not just for all the nutrition, but all that fiber helps clear other things out. Here's to a much better weigh in next week!

My Start in the New Year!

The New Year has started and so have I although i think i did a bit too much! All aches and pains now
I did manage to lose my Weight! But now I have to tone up my flab's such as the stomach, the love handles, the arms, the waist, the hips, etc.
So you see I still have a lot of work to do. I hope to manage some of this by my Birthday in May
I am already 2 dress sizes down but the “Spare Tyres” on the Belly are still there!
If I don’t come on here then I am probably working out on my body.
I know I can do so no more excuses as I always thought I could not due to my Thyroids but I was wrong.
It can be done all the tools I need are here on Sparks!

Here we go again in June!

I have decided to do this for me and to pretend myself from falling again
If I can do this then I can do anything
I know this will have many benefits for me
I will be fitter
I will be stronger ad stand on my two feet and no one will knock me down again
I will be looking better
I will love myself for it
I will wear whatever I want
I will be a new person all together
I will be Healthier
I will be faster and making sure I don’t miss my train to my destination
I will be doing the best I can no matter what anyone else says
I will be winning friends on my way
I will be on my Teams and meeting the best people ever
I will write Blogs and know I have friends out there!
I will be thinking more positive about myself

I will not fall again………….............


I have to get up again!

I would like to Thank everyone for my Birthday Wishes on Saturday
I had a Happy Healthy and Active day. I made it a me day and took time off work
And enjoyed myself.
The next day Sunday was Mothers day and also then I had the Morning off and spend it with the Family and again I had an active healthy day and did not get temped by seeing what was on the other plates.
I know now that I can make it!
My next birthday will be a round one and that is why I would like to be fit before then and I know with the help from all my friends here I can make it.
I would also like to thank the Sparks Team so the many many wonderful tips and tricks and all the articles and for keeping me on the go.
Well seeing this was suppose to be short I will end it here and come and make more blogs
I thank you all for coming and reading my Blogg! And for being here and supporting me in my Journey.

Stressful me!

I wish I could find more time for time.
This is my normal day more or less!
7:00 - 8:00 wake up, Breakfast for all, tidy up quickly, shower, ready, go

10:00 Off to work til 15:30

short dinner break

16:30 back to work

00:30 - 1:30 get home

2:00 off to sleep

I have to do a lot of walking at work, deco, cleaning up, attending guets etc.

I should be losing and relaxed but think I am be getting older as things seem to be getting harder and the weight just will not go more then 300g and then up again.

I try to get some exercise in the Morning, walk or Cycle to work.

So just wanted to get this down for me so I can really get a clear view of what I do all day.
now just have to find something to make it a better day!

or I forgot to add the following: Nagging DH;DH;DS; and of course everyone wanting me to do things for them but somehow busy when I need them! mmh I think thats was it.

    Are you working a 14 hour day?
I am surprised that you are not making yourself ill. I suppose a career change is out of the question?
My only suggestion is that you try and get enough sleep and stop worrying about keeping fit etc. while things are so frantic.

By the way - who is looking after you? Maybe they need a gentle kick in the right direction?

    Well nothing has changed there then has it my lovely friend, was hoping after your back injury, your family would have been more supportive.

You are making a great start and you will get there, just keep on going, little bits of effort do add up so just don't give up.

Could be you are not eating to suit your lifestyle?
