I am not sure what's driving me to do an Alternate Day Modified Fast. Yes, I want to lose weight, get my body chemistry better, avoid diabetes and heart issues...but most people faced with these issues don't do anything about it. I have to ask myself, why am I doing this, I'm like most people.
This is a fast day and I feel pretty good. Not starving like I thought I would be. And not over eating on regular days, still keeping calories at or below 1500. We'll see how things go this week.
