Day 16 of my 90 day challenge

I am 2+ weeks into this challenge and I am already lossing focus. I have a lot going on personally and I need to somehow push that all aside and focus on this task. I know what to do, I know how to do it. I've asked for help, Ive gotten help. All that is to it is to do it!!! BUT I realize I CANNOT do it alone. I need suppose I need accountability and that's a revelation for me so I guess I am ahead of the game.

Exercise Twice in One day!!!???

I usually do pilates in the mornings on Tue & Thursday but today I was asked to be someone's gym buddy for Tue. & Thur. nights. My brain said EXERCISE TWICE IN ONE DAY!!!! The my rational mind took over and said why not! If I have the time and can squeeze in two work outs at the beginning and end of the day, what's the harm? At least I'll try it and see what happens.

Day started out great! Went to church, bible study, lunch with friends and famil at church, great times.

The day continues with eating dinner at a fast food place and WOW what a shock at how many calories I consummed!! I knew it would be alot but not as much as it was. I am trying not to be emotional about it and keep it as a learning experience.

This to shall pass.

As a motivation tool, I asked my long time friend to do a 90 day challeneg with me. We started March 1 and will end May 31!!

She has already lost 100lbs and I need to know that I can do it as well. Focus will be my friend!!!

I also joined WW for additional support and motivation. I have to do this!! GO TEAM!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Looking Forward

The past two weeks have been very challenging. I am struggling to get back to a set program. It's very distrubing since I was on such a beautiful roll. Everyone has noticed my weightloss and I don't want to slip back.

I have not been exercising like I use to just very board with the routine. I found that out about myself. I can do a routine for 4 to 6 months and then I have to mix it up. I suppose that's good to know. The problem is getting on with the new routine.

I am doing Pilates twice a week, water aerobics once a week and salsa once a week. I need at least one more day of cardio and one day of strength training. Can't seem to bring myself to the gym. I have to snap out of it or do somwthing else in the meantime.
