Down another lb.Friday, November 21, 2008My weight is still heading downward. After being sick for awhile and losing 6 lbs, I am back to my normal weight loss. I was down 1 more lb this morning, now at 122. I am afraid to go much lower, because it is beginning to show in my face. Now I am trying to tone up with my trainer. I haven't been able to go much, but now that I am feeling better, I hope to get on a schedule of 3 times per week, with spinning and other cardio still at 5 times per week.

Doing fantastic!Monday, October 27, 2008My weight is staying between 123 and 125, and starting next week I will be using a personal trainer to help me with starting a weight lifting regimen in addition to the spinning, elliptical and running. I am really psyched! I do really love finally belonging to a gym again after many years. ![]()

I hope you will enjoy the workouts with the trainer as much as I have. It took me a while to get used to it, but I really like being able to see just how far I can push myself.
