My Re-commitment Plan Thus far

Monday, June 30, 2014

It's simply this to log my food (with the exception of Sunday) on a daily basis. From December last to present I've regained about 20 lbs. I have to adjust my ticker and begin to get back fully on track.
Because of commitments I can't come back 100% as I used to, so I am keeping things in a manageable way so that I don't frustrate myself.
All the best to you wonderful people as we go through our ups and downs on this journey. emoticon

Glad you're back!! As long as you keep moving toward the goal it doesn't matter if the steps are small or large! Sounds like you've got a sound plan!

Hope things have been going well for you. I have found several books by Bodies Thoene that are excellent! Try The Jerusalem Chronicles and The A.D. Chronicles. They really make Bible times come alive!

Wishing you all the best!

Can't Believe It

Saturday, December 07, 2013

It's been quite a while since I've last blogged. This is a busy season for me and I was a bit under the weather for the last three weeks. I have lost some weight but I really can't claim it as 'legit' because I was sick. So I'll give myself some time before I start adjusting my weight ticker.
I have started to exercise along with my husband and a neighbor who desperately wants to shed some pounds.
That's what I've been up to sparkies and I do wish all of you all the best for the up-coming season and the New Year too!

Sorry to hear you've been sick but so happy you're on the mend and feeling better. It's great that your DH and neighbor exercise with you as that makes it more fun. The Holidays are coming up so fast. I do most of my Christmas Shopping on the internet it's so much easier than "fighting and being in the crowded stores. Wishing you and your family a beautiful and happy Christmas Season. Jesus is the reason we celebrate it. I think it's become so materialistic here that a lot of children don't even know the real reason for Christmas as to a lot it's all about the gifts, etc. Continue to take good care and it's great to have you back.

Hugs & Love,

Jill emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Glad you are feeling better. Have been down that road in losing weight due to an illness - it was the only thing that broke my weight plateau. Still down a year later too.
Exercise is a great maintainer. Take Care. Happy Holidays !

Day 11 Anxiety

Monday, November 11, 2013

I had an anxious filled weekend and I believe that led to going over my calories a bit. I'm still pressing on and will get back into full gear soon.
Have a great week people.

Hi Slim, sorry to hear that. I know when I'm stressed out or really tired I always tend to overeat actually stuff myself. As you know, exercising, praying and even meditation can help. Wishing you less anxiety and stress for the new week ahead. Take good care.

Hugs & Love,

Jill
