After only 4 months since I started eating healthier, I am doing many things without even thinking about them. These include - grocery shopping with a list and having nothing awful in the cart, sticking to small portions, being aware of the proper combinations of food to include protein, dairy, fruit and veggies, and having absolutely no cravings to deal with (I attribute this to having had breakfast each day.) I still have a long way to go do beat lifelong eating patterns, but feel that I have a good grip on things at this point. I think that this website will help me immensely.
