When I started juicing about three months ago, I lost a lb a day, but then switched to making smoothies when I got the new blender. This includes making a v-8 type of blend.
Well, I guess I overdid the smoothie thing. For the first time in weeks, I brought out my old friend - the scale - and yikes! I'm up a bunch.
I researched Medifast, thinking that I'd kickstart my metabolism. In next blog, I'll write about what I found and decided not to do it.
