Now that I am leaving cut veggies in-view all day to snack on, I realize that the very behavior of putting something in my mouth, chewing, swallowing, and then eating more, is such a habit. And how used to it I was, even quite awhile after joining SP. Now when I pop some celery, I know that I'm solving the grazing issue with low calories and no residual damage. I also see that the behavior is diminishing.
