Every day there seems to be a new study reported, and today I heard of one done by the University of California San Diego. They found that those who eat chocolate regularly have a lower BMI than those who don't.
Just like all those studies saying that coffee is good for us, I immediately think, "darn, just when I've given them up for good!" But then I realize that I'm just fine w/o chocolate because I can never do just a little. I amaze myself with the amount I am capable of consuming. Not in a good way! (smiling)
So, they can do all the studies they want and I'll just stick to my own plan that's best for me.
