My Week 2 focus topic - one of three - is to grocery shop only the items I list before going to the store. In fact, I read a book of tips reently that suggested not to go into any type of store w/o a list. And to stick ONLY to what's on that list.
It's great advice. However, I went food shopping this morning and I had no list. I shop by memory, first checking what food is already at home, and then knowing the stuff I cannot buy (sugary treats, cheese, etc.) Going to try to start making a list, and checking it twice.
