Well, it really is interesting how much you can eat when you are careful... My sis told me about bodywise bagels, can't find the bread, but did have a 3 pt. bagel with cream cheese for breakfast, along with my poached eggs, and yogurt and raspberries.
Lunch - turkey neck, chicken wings, mixed veggies, potato and sour cream
Super - spaghetti, meat sauce with onions, pepper, mushrooms & salad
no cals. left for snacks tonite though
I made a big spaghetti supper for everyone, and made myself the whole wheat kind which are 0 pts. on WW.... Then I made a big salad and we all added our own dressings, so there is actually enough left over to have lunch tomorrow too.
I've been tired and lazy, even took a nap today.... just watching Corrie Street to catch up now.
