Breakfast - Poached eggs, toast,bananas
Lunch - Grapefruit, Minnestrone soup
Supper - homemade barley soup, imitation crab
I didn't die, but I just about did the whole 55 min. Billy Blanks Boot Camp (my dd said I could do it!!)
What a workout! But, instead of feeling defeated, I felt challenged, for the few things I couldn't do, I used the time to catch my breath and drink more water..
well, sil got my car going, so I can go to my appt and pick up some meds later.... Still ~ -30C
Back later...Well, the appt was tomorrow, not today, so I made a silly mistake and drove a half hour each way for nothing... Well, then I went shopping. I bought myself some bright new red mitts and socks. Now I gotta go gas up so car doesn't freeze again.. -47C with the windchill in a.m.
So tonite dd made chocolate chip muffins and I had one.. She only used 1/2 cup sugar for 2 doz. muffins...It's the end of my WW week and I still had 5 pts. left, so I don't think the muffin is a problem...
Still debating whether to weigh in tomorrow or wait till I finish a whole month...
