when it comes to food tracking i am the worse! i average about 800 cals a day and 200 to 300 burned on workouts. sometimes i worry i am being over food conscious as i cal count in my head but if i am not hungry i am not going to force myself. i had gastric bypass 7 years ago and still eat small meals, except i just dont eat a few a day just one or two. i am still losing and feeling great!
