Tracking and such

Wednesday, July 02, 2014

when it comes to food tracking i am the worse! i average about 800 cals a day and 200 to 300 burned on workouts. sometimes i worry i am being over food conscious as i cal count in my head but if i am not hungry i am not going to force myself. i had gastric bypass 7 years ago and still eat small meals, except i just dont eat a few a day just one or two. i am still losing and feeling great!

different doctors and their different things!

Wednesday, October 23, 2013

so since i see 4 different doctors in the baby practice they all give the basic same advice except when it comes to weight. 2 seem to think i've gained too much while the other 2 say with all my measurements and growth im right on track. i dread getting on the scale when i go cuz i never know which is gonna say what. i've heard people say they have gained tons then i know people who gain hardly nothing. i'm pretty in the middle and dont feel like the weight has taken any toll on me (other than the usual pregnancy complaints) i'm still eating healthy and only indulging now and then. there is always a healthy substitute for something that is sinfully delicious!

60 more days!

so my weight loss kick has been put on hold due to a new baby coming! though i know the weight gain is for a great cause it still bothers me. i can not wait till the baby comes and i can start going back to my workouts. i know it will be rough but i am determined to continue with my healthy habits even if i get off to a slow start. i want to be able to get back into pre baby shape (if not better) and create lasting health habits that i ca pass on to my child

Health of the baby is the first priority right now, follow your doctor's advice and you will be surprised how quick you are back at your goal after child birth. "Take care of yourself

happy medium

Wednesday, December 12, 2012

it seems like there is no happy medium when it comes to dieting and exercise for me. if i keep track of my food i am like counting every calorie and then find i am not getting enough. if i just work out and do whatever i eat too much. where is the happy medium? so i am going to track for today and see what develops and see if i can try and break this horrid cycle i have and do it correct

Tracking correctly takes a little effort but well worth time. May God bless your fortitude, Earl emoticon
