1. Nutrition - I ate well at least 90% of the time, so I'd give me an A. I was concerned that my running might be causing a weight gain (increased blood supply, stronger bones or tendons or cartilage) because I gained at two Weight Watcher weigh ins this month, but today I was back down - 124.2 here at home; 125.4 at WW -- right where I want to be. I could do better tracking, but not a bad job. I tend to eat just over my calorie range and exercise more than I committed to do and it balances out.
2. Cardio - 27 days I did cardio exercise and burned more than 2000 calories each week. I set a personal distance record (7.5 miles), a time record (29:25 for treadmill 5K), and did a good variety of activities (walking, running, Zumba, biking, swimming). Although I did not run a competitive race in April, I signed up for five 5Ks - one in May, two in June, one in July and one in August. A
3. Strength Training - completed 9 strength training sessions this month, including 8 at the gym and one here at home. B+
I stayed involved on SparkPeople and got lots of good support from my SparkFriends. Thanks. Hope I gave some support, too. I did very good on water and attitude and pretty good on sleep. Overall, an excellent month!
