I don't usually blog 3 times in one day, but I have news. I weighed 126.0 this morn on my scale at home and 126.8 clothed at Weight Watchers. And, yes, it was great to see my happy weight number on the scale. I have been working since the beginning of October to get back to this weight and have been bouncing all around it for 4 weeks now. This week I'm going to add at least one more teaspoon of olive or canola oil per day because it will improve my eating (diet/non-diet) and just add forty calories per day.
Perhaps it is more significant, though, that I felt more excited about making my three mile run. The number on the scale is just one way of assessing my health and fitness!
