Natalie, my granddaughter, will be here very soon. We'll have an active day full of Hokey Pokey, Ring Around the Rosie, and maybe even kid's exercise on Exercise TV. Just because I'm 60 doesn't mean I can't do at least most of it.
Yesterday I had the right amount of calories, fat, protein, carbs, fiber, and sodium. I went over again on calcium, but I'm eating up the calprite tofu. I went over in cholestrol, too. I thought having an egg a day was no problem, but it put me over. Oh, well. I did my fourth day of strength training -- just a little sore.
Getting healthier and happier. Maybe I'm finally learning how to eat right and be appropriately active.
