At the beginning of November I a friend wanted to try working out at the Boot Camp facility across the street from where I work. I thought, "Sure I can do anything for an hour", so joined up with her. I'm now on my third boot camp and have lost 5 lbs plus several inches. (I plan on measuring tonight) I feel so much better and I can wear clothes I wouldn't have been seen dead in in probably five years. As well my confidence is back and my husband can't stop raving about how good I look.
While I haven't lost as much weight as I wanted to I have accepted that I more than likely won't loose much if any more weight, but my muscle tone and fitness levels can only get better.
