I call the pounds I need to lose ~ "steps.
I want to weigh 125..so I have 11 steps..(fat pounds to lose).
This (calling pounds 'steps') seems to take the feeling of fear of this away from me.
So..after weigh in yesterday morning..I was blinking and blinking at the # on the scale..it said "136.5"

Have had a slight fear of looking really good..even sexy-not to the whole community..of course, but being myself, but being sensual..
I even hate to admit it to all of you here at sparkpeople...
I've worn baggy clothes to cover myself up..
and as I get older ..I want to live-and not hide myself under ugly clothes..I want to be sort of like a butterfly, you might say..coming out in beauty for the first time.
