Today I wore my pedometer and walked 9500 hundred steps toward my goal of 10,000 steps. That included a 2 mile walk. My challenge was ordering a Meditteranean Chicken roll up from our pizza shop and trying to calculate the calories etc. i thought this was a better choice than the meatball pizza I would have order if not on spark people and I would have had three pieces and some potato chips too. I only ate half the roll up and saved the other half for tomorrow. Things to work on...watching the cholesterol (was high today) and getting enough folate. (low today) but otherwise I think I had a very good day.
