Got up at 4:30 this morning for a two mile run, then my sister made us homemade smoothies with raspberries, blackberries, yogurt and skim milk. Workoutfor the day - DONE - yippie !!! They say it takes at least 21 days to start a habit, and we are on day 4 of our early morning workouts - so far, so good. Have a busy day ahead, hope that run will energize me enough to make it through the day, but darn it, I don't have a banana for a mid-morning snack.
