I went to gym last night to try out the "knee" on the eliptical and all the machines were already booked, so I had to settle for biking. Knee held up ok, but was totally cheated out of an extra 150 calories burned. Eliptical workout burns 300 and bike only 155, so I had to settle for 155. Oh well, some is better than none. I am going to have to go to the gym later in the evenings in order to work out on cardio equipment, it's just too darn crowded at 5:30, but later really doesn't work because it's dinner time. Hmmmm, gotta figure out what's gonna work with my schedule.
