I just feel like getting up from my desk and "bustin a move" . Feeling "hip hoppy" today.
Just been pure lazy as far as logging on to SP. I have been eating good and staying within calorie range, but it so easy to get off track so I decided I would stick to what I know keeps me on the straight and narrow - SPARK.
Took a casual bike ride last night to enjoy the beautiful fall weather, only did 3 miles but that burnt up some calories - Yeah for me !
Getting ready for a road trip this weekend to NY to visit dad. I'm excited, just kinda dread the 11 hour drive.
Last night my sister and I went for a 2 mile walk - it was fun and the weather was absolutely gorgeous, cool and breezy, almost didn't seem like exercise, hoping for a repeat tonight.
