People always say the "first step is the biggest" and I leaped to the gym last night. It was so crowded, I guess because it was raining outside, but I managed to ride bike for 30 minutes, while I finished reading my book, Shutter Island. Boy was that book weird and creepy - but good, can't wait for the movie.
Today I started back to walking 30 minutes at lunch like I used to, and boy, do I feel so much better after having done that.
I just feel so darn good right now - Yeah for me - I just need to stay enthusiastic about it. I am glad I have SP to share these small steps with, because no on in my inner circle really thinks it's that much of a big deal - BUT IT IS TO ME !!
