I am so excited that today I received the 10,000 point trophy. I have worked so hard and it was so exciting to reach this milestone. I am so proud of myself and will continue to keep it up since I still have a lot of work to do. Thanks SP for helping me on this difficult journey to weight loss and a healthy lifestyle. I learn so much from articles and other people on this site. I will continue to spread the spark. Yeah for me.

Third day in a row that it has been in the 90's, high humidity. I have been staying indoors, but tonight we have to mow the lawn - yuck, I should probably sweat off about 10 pounds. I hate being that darn hot. Oh well, grass gotta be cut or it will be twice as hard to do in a few more days. Need some heat relief.

Last night I just kinda felt like taking it easy after dinner, it was rainy, so I couldnt go outside. We all ended up going to the movies, too bad the movie wasn't that great, but at least we got out of the house, and enjoyed being lazy for a change. Hope the hot weather and thunderstorms end soon and get back to the mild, sunny days - I hate being cooped up in the house.

Not much to tell today, went to gym last night and rode bike for 30 minutes - good workout. Strange the gym was nearly empty, it was so hot outside yesterday that's why I went to gym instead of outside. Surprised more people didnt have the same idea.
