Don't know why I woke up this morning with the song Super Freak by Rick James stuck in my head. Dont you hate it when that happens? "She's a very freaky girl, the girl is super freaky, yowwwww." I know you're singing it now, lol. I guess this would explain the rest of the blog. ![]()

Got my "freak" on with a run at the beach yesterday. Got to quit skipping running time though. Between the run and Bball practice last night, i'm D-O-N-E.

Yesterday was lower body and this morning it was cardio circuits using the treadmill, the decline bench, the stepper and the bike...UGH. So I am getting my freak on girl. Enjoyed a super Monday, how bout you?
Ate well within calorie range
Ten minute Tony Horton lower body workout, burned 132 calories
3.25 miles on the treadmill, ran 2.5 miles of that, testing out the hip and knee still, so far so good, burned 351 calories
Overall exercise for the day = 483 calories gone bye-bye
Wearing the new high heels to the office today, I measured them and they are five inches, but prob only 3-1/2 since they are platforms, probably not a good idea since my thighs are a bit sore [understatement] from that workout last night, owwieee. Lots of thigh action and squats, again... ooooucchhhh.
Today's meal plan is looking great - leftover pork BBQ I cooked over the weekend - yummy.
I W I L L do the Spark Bootcamp DVD - Cardio/Scuplt workout tonight, 30-minutes on the eliptical and I selected 9 upper body weight exercises to do tonight while I'm watching TV.
Time to get buff

Love the background shoes! Have to say I havent worn heels for years and dont miss them at all but enjoy seeing all the really high, fancy, shiny ones out there these days. Thanks for the tips on mexican food...its one of my favorites too and try to keep my trips to a minimum. I always find your exercise stories inspiring...thanks! Keep up the great work

Do you get your calorie count for the treadmill from the machine or Spark. I found there to be a big discrepancy yesterday between what spark said and what my machine said.
