I can hardly believe how well I did with my eating this holiday. My "tricks" were to drink my water and I had a sugar free hard candy between meals. The water filled me up and the hard candy satisfied my sweet tooth. I cleaned out my kitchen of all the junk food and stocked up on good veggies, fresh salsa, and whole grain goodies. Topped it all off with skinless chicken breast and plain yogurt. I am good to go for the next week's meal plan! Not one sweet or piece of pie came home with me. I feel supported by this website and especially my home group, The Dog Lovers. I hope to get out tomorrow with my two dogs should the weather permit, so far its been snowy. cold with mixed drizzle.
