As I work my 4th night shift this week I feel my sleep has been good each day. But not not great. I feel like my schedule is out of wack some. I have worked nights for a few years now and it has never been a problem but this week I am not sleeping well. I usually ride my bike to work and it has been drizzling all week so no bike ride maybe that is the issue I need that little bit of excersize to clear the cobwebs in the morning.
