This was not a bad week so far. I did pretty good with eating, my goal for next week is to add walkikng to my agenda, even 10 minutes slots will be good.

This is 2010 and I am feeling more determine. I really need to get serious. I am really going to try hard this year but I am going to do it day by day. My first goal is to change my dinner plate to a smaller one.

I really need to exercise on a regular basis and stop eating after 8:00 pm at nights. I find that this would really help but sometimes it can be hard to try and drop this dirty habit. I am on summer break now and I have decided that I am going to really work hard at it. I went to aerobics on monday and today did an hour each day, took an hour break and went on to some water excercise for another hour. I am really going to work at it because I need to see changes by the end of my summer break. I plan to do an hour of aerobics again tomorrow.

My hardest goal to obtain is my exercise. I will do it but I need the will power to get down into the basement where the equipments are. Once get down there and start I sometimes do more than I had initially intended to do.

It is a new day for me where new beginnings are going to take place. I am feeling more determine to lose this weight and I am going to do it one day at a time. I am going to depend a lot on my fellow sparklers to help me through this. Thanks a lot Sparkle.

    You have been doing fabulously- and how did you do it- one day at a time- and when needed, one minute at a time- Progression and not perfection is the goal- keep on movin and going
