SparkCoach Challenge: Stuff that's more fun 25 pounds later

1) eating out and enjoying my food instead of wolfing it all down and forgetting what I ate.
2) getting outdoors more instead of being too tired and trapped in the house
3) I can sleep better after a workout instead of being restless all night and tired the next day
4) Spending more quality and healthy time with my family instead of just staying home and doing nothing
5) more chances to seize the day instead of wasting the day locked in doors

amped up my treadmill workout

Today I did 5 reps of running for 40 seconds, then walking casually for 1min 20 seconds. I worked up a sweat. It was fun and shook up my work out. Next time I'll increase my running :-D

    Thank you friends! I do great during the day, even when I work out, but something happens when I get home at night. I'm like the bottomless pit. My action plan is to stop bringing in bad food. Cause if it's not in the house I can't eat it. emoticon

    2 days is better than 0 days! You're aware, you see a need, now make a better plan! I wish I could just work hard one week and be the finished slim sexy guy I know is in me, albeit, a little older and balder

    I'm with you! It is very hard to stay within range!

I've been trying to cut back slowly or make low calorie subs for things I would normally eat.

My small goal is to be under 240 by September 1, 2013. Right now I am around 249 (on a good day). Hopefully this goal will re motiviate me to get back on track. emoticon
