You are awesome and you are doing great. Donít let setbacks like the most recent 10 pound weight gain detour you. Keep in mind how far youíve come and why you want to get healthy in the first place. Youíve still lost 20 pounds and thatís a major accomplishment.

Youíre wonderful, keep up the great work. Youíre strong, smart and funny. You can do anything! Youíre a great wife, co-worker, sparker, daughter and dog mom. Your really good at your job. You can do this! Keep up the great work!

Face Your Fear Spark Challenge

Todayís spark challenge is to face your fear and do something that scares you. Well I applied for a promotion at work and that really scares me. Iím scared if I get it I will fail at it, but I did it anyway and we shall see what happened. Itís a supervisor position. More money, same hours but different schedule. And the schedule change scares me. I like my 8-5 shift but If I get the job I will be 11am-8pm. Iím scared that will through me off the healthy living horse. Well we shall see what happens. Let Godís will be done. :D

I just wanted to update 3 recent things I am most proud of (04/12/2013) : Pictures to Follow
1) Completing a art project at work and leading the art team
2) Going to a scooter rally
3) Reaching my goal of getting to 240 lbs (32 total pounds lost!)

Today's Program from Your Coach - Focus on the Positive
Write down 3 recent accomplishments that you are proud of. These can be things you've achieved at work or school, at home, along your healthy lifestyle journey---anything at all.

The truth is that we often harbor negative feelings and dwell on bad experiences---including the times we mess up. But we don't spend enough time celebrating all the things that go RIGHT. So that's what this challenge is about today.

Now next time you feel bad about a little slip-up, you can look at this list and keep things in perspective. You can even date your entries and make this an ongoing challenge if you'd like.
