My husband and Family are the biggest food sabotages. I need to be firm and nice and just say no. I also need to flex my willpower.

Would like to hear what you learn about what's behind the sabotage of your weight-loss efforts. Sometimes I almost hate it when I'm successful, because it's like my brain suddenly feels it is open season on eating. Not sure why that is, but if you come up with reasons, it might help all of us! Will be reading with interest. Good luck!

Today's assignment is to spend a few minutes writing about the reasons behind my fitness and weight-loss goals. Uncover the WHY behind my weight-loss-goal.

What is my true motivation? What is my underlining motivation for pursing a healthy lifestyle? / What do I hope to achieve or experience after reaching my goal? What will I do after I achieve weight loss or improved fitness?

1) Getting rid of diabetes
2) To lose weight without weight loss surgery.
3) Looking better and feeling better
4) Getting off obesity related medicines
5) Better quality of life so I can get out more and do more
6) Be a better Christian, Daughter, Wife, Friend, and Mother by having more energy and being happier and able to spend time with those I love instead of being sick all the time. I donít want to be trapped at home because I feel sick. 7) Travel and see new places
8) Live Longer
9) I want to feel better about myself so I can talk to people
10) After I achieve my weight loss goal I will keep up my active life style by pursuing out door adventures I have never tried, longer hikes, campouts, zip gliding, marathons, river rafting, kayaking ect.

Today's lesson from Coach Nicole on Spark coach was how to get back on track after a slip up.

Back-On-Track Tips:
Take a 5-10 min video workout right away
Try a new recipe
Set your day up for diet success. Eat a healthy breakfast
Drink your water -Take your water bottle everywhere you go!
Track all of your food for the day no matter what
Take a walk-Just get moving, don't worry about how long or how fast you go just get moving
Read your past blogs for inspiration
Put on some upbeat music and create a get moving playlist

Even if your moving slowly your still moving in the right direction. It's ok to take 1 step back but make sure to take 2 steps forward and never give up!
