Today's assignment is to spend a few minutes writing about the reasons behind my fitness and weight-loss goals. Uncover the WHY behind my weight-loss-goal.
What is my true motivation? What is my underlining motivation for pursing a healthy lifestyle? / What do I hope to achieve or experience after reaching my goal? What will I do after I achieve weight loss or improved fitness?
1) Getting rid of diabetes
2) To lose weight without weight loss surgery.
3) Looking better and feeling better
4) Getting off obesity related medicines
5) Better quality of life so I can get out more and do more
6) Be a better Christian, Daughter, Wife, Friend, and Mother by having more energy and being happier and able to spend time with those I love instead of being sick all the time. I donít want to be trapped at home because I feel sick. 7) Travel and see new places
8) Live Longer
9) I want to feel better about myself so I can talk to people
10) After I achieve my weight loss goal I will keep up my active life style by pursuing out door adventures I have never tried, longer hikes, campouts, zip gliding, marathons, river rafting, kayaking ect.
