This is the third time I'm trying to start an exercise program. My diet is decent, but my lifestyle became very sedentary after college. I had a doctor's appt. yesterday and weighed in 10 lbs heavier than when I first started sparkpeople back in February!! I'm not too overweight yet, but I need to get back into the healthy lifestyle before it gets out of hand. I had originally been trying to fit my exercise into the evening because I like sleeping in as much as possible, but this really wasn't working. So, I'm sucking it up and waking up early. I'm still trying to do cardio in the evening, if this doesn't work then I'll set my alarm even earlier. But here's hoping that I can motivate my ass to make the time!!!
