I've been a member on this site for a long time, but I don't think I've ever used it regularly. Last week, I got tired of feeling so gross. I haven't gained weight, in fact I've lost a great deal of it but I recently got into a nasty pattern of stress eating and being really sedentary. So I logged back into my account here, reset my goals, and I have successfully tracked all my food for at least 5 days out of 7.
