Give it time!!! I totally agree with REBECCAK's easy to become overwhelmed at SP...go slow and at a pace that you're comfortable with. Learn how to use the tracker to your will be your best friend for a long time - lol! Find a few teams you really want to be involved with and post with them often, and it won't be long before you find yourself with a motivating and supportive team of your own SP friends. Best of luck to you on this journey!

Yes it is hard especially getting started. I tried at first to do everything all at once and was overwhelmed by it all. Then I read we need to take it one day at a time, one thing at a time.

I had to start slow and build from there. I ended up dropping out of all but 3 of my teams because I could not keep up with all the emails and message boards. Now I have my emails and message boards under control and I can manage them. I have time to log my foods, eat, exercise, log the fitness, read articles, etc..

I enter my foods as I eat them or right before I eat them. Some people keep a pad to note the foods and then log them at the end of the day.

Always remember there are a lot of members out here willing and wanting to support you....that's one of the wonderful thing about SparkPeople...all the caring members!

Best wishes!

SP gets a lot easier as time goes day it'll be so routine you'll barely give it a second thought! Just keep at it, work towards being consistent, and you'll hit that goal in no time!
